Restaurant Depot wanted to expand and renovate multiple facilities around the nation in an effort to increase the range and quality of their food service wholesale network. Thanks to their broad construction capabilities, Food Tech was selected for design-build projects in several locations across the country, including Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
From construction management and scheduling to refrigeration design and engineering, Food Tech provided a full-suite of services to Restaurant Depot. The project scope primarily consisted of converting existing ambient warehouses into large-scale cash and carry facilities. The process incorporated significant cold storage construction for new coolers and freezers, industrial refrigeration systems, and an array of precise temperature zones.
